By accessing or using the Fresh Start Expungement website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Fresh Start Expungement is a record-clearing services provider. We coordinate document preparation and court filing for individuals seeking criminal record expungement. Our services include eligibility review, petition preparation, filing coordination, and case monitoring through disposition.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or attorney representation. We do not represent clients in court proceedings, negotiate with prosecutors, or provide guidance on legal strategy. Complex, contested, or multi-jurisdictional matters may require independent legal counsel, and we encourage clients to consult a licensed attorney for case-specific legal questions.
Our service fee is a flat $10,000 per record. We offer in-house financing at $2,500 per month for five months ($12,500 total financed), with no credit check and no outside lenders. Additional records on the same engagement are $5,000 each. Veterans receive a 10% discount on the service fee with valid proof of service.
Court filing fees are separate from our service fee. Filing fees vary by county and state and are billed at cost. We provide a fee estimate before any filing is submitted.
Payment is due according to the terms established in your service agreement. Failure to maintain agreed payment terms may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
If a petition we file on your behalf is denied for procedural reasons, such as incomplete documentation or a filing defect, we will refile the petition at no additional service cost. This commitment applies only to procedural denials. It does not apply to denials based on legal ineligibility, judicial discretion, or a change in law that renders the case ineligible after engagement.
Expungement outcomes depend on state law, conviction type, court approval, and individual case circumstances. We do not guarantee that any petition will be granted. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that no specific result has been promised.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your criminal history, convictions, and personal circumstances. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant records and for responding to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your case or affect your eligibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Start Expungement and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the total service fees you have paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
