Fresh Start Expungement is a record-clearing services provider that coordinates criminal record expungement filings in all 50 states. Founded in 2019, we exist because clearing a criminal record should not require navigating a confusing legal system alone. Our expungement specialists and dedicated case managers handle the entire filing process, from eligibility review through court approval, at a flat fee with no hourly billing.
A criminal record creates barriers to employment, housing, education, and professional licensing long after a sentence has been served. Expungement is the legal process that removes or seals those records, but the rules vary dramatically by state and most people do not know where to begin.
We bridge that gap. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. What we do is coordinate the document preparation and filing required to petition a court for expungement, handling the procedural complexity so our clients can focus on what comes next.
Every case starts with a free eligibility review. We assess the client's conviction type, state statutes, and waiting periods to determine whether expungement is available. If the case qualifies, we assign a dedicated case manager who prepares all required court documents, files the petition in the appropriate jurisdiction, and monitors the case through disposition. If a petition is denied for procedural reasons, we refile at no additional service cost.
Our service fee is a flat $10,000 per record. We offer in-house financing at $2,500 per month for five months, with no credit check and no outside lenders. Additional records on the same case are $5,000 each. Court filing fees are separate and billed at cost. Veterans receive a 10% discount on the service fee.
